Congress 2019 will take place over the full 5-day period. This includes the business, kejiwaan and social activities.

As the school accommodation is for the full 5-night/6-day period – a shorter period booking is not an option. We envisage some people may wish to find accommodation in nearby towns to participate in a shorter Congress period. For those taking advantage of this option, the daily rate for registration is £15 per day and the meal charge is £6 per meal.

Each attendee will fall into one of a new class structure:
Delegate includes Regional and National Helpers
Adult–anyone 26 or over
Youth–between 17 and 25
Child–between 5 and 16
Toddler–between 1 and 4
Baby–under 1
Toddlers and Babies don't pay Registration Fees.

Concessions and Financial Support

• The Registration Fee of £75 is waived for:
- Pensioners whose sole income is a UK state pension,
- Families with 3 or more children (adults only pay registration fee).

• Helping Hand Fund - variable support, available on application. This requires local helper testing. Further information below.

• Setup - If you are able to help the setup team on Monday and Tuesday you can claim £80 against your fees. Call Donald Rust or Hamilton Mackenzie to register.

Early Bird

Early Bird prices are available until 12th August 2019 so book and pay in full before then to take advantage of low prices!

Helping Hand Fund

The Helping Hand Fund exists to subsidise congress fees for those who could otherwise not afford to go. For financial support, applicants will need to do some testing with a couple of local Helpers.

Helping Hand Fund process

Firstly, receive whether it is right for the applicant to attend. Secondly, receive the percentage of financial support. Start with "is it less than 50%", then "is it more than 50%". Home in on a percentage using "less-than, more-than" questions. Average any differences between the group. It is not uncommon to receive 100%. Once that is complete inform Donald Rust of the decision who will create a code that he will manually enter into the applicant's booking details. Please provide the names of the Helpers who shared the tests for Donald to verify the receiving and as part of a scrutiny routine that is best practice when supporting individuals with charitable funds.
